Arrested for throwing baby daughter to the front of moving car

John Taylor, 21, is accused of shooting his infant daughter of 18 months ahead of a moving car.

The baby girl, Jayla, miraculously escaped with only a few scratches and burns, said the 'Daily Mail'.

The baby was rescued by a neighbor while Taylor fled from the police that when he was caught, was involved in a fight with the drivers of passing cars.

John was arrested for cruelty to volunteer with the baby, vandalism, resistance to authorities and for assaulting a policeman.

The ex-wife Taylor, mother of Jalya, says the story is not true, that the accused is a "great father" and not just him going to jail. 

For her, Taylor did not shoot the baby but tried to save her from anything.
