British died of hunger in the Caribbean

A  48 years old  divorced   woman   recently sought new life in the Dominican Republic, but was reduced to skin and bone  in a cheap hotel bed. The autopsy revealed that Virginia Owen died of starvation, in still unexplained circumstances. 

Virginia worked as manager of the Vodafone shop and decided to leave his home in Newbury, Berkshire, in 2006.The marriage failed, worn by years of unsuccessful and expensive fertility treatments. So, took 200,000 pounds of savings (229,000 euros) and headed to the Caribbean paradise.

Arrival in Sosua, a small village north of the island, met the Swedish 54-year Magnusson Hans Michel and started a relationship with him.

The family of Virginia was receiving regular news by email, until about five months, when the messages took on a sinister and menacing tone.
